Digital Garment Printing
At Healthy Merch, every shirt is printed in-house using professional Direct-to-Garment (DTG) and Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing technology. Unlike traditional screen printing, these methods allow us to produce vibrant, full-color designs with incredible detail and durability. DTG printing uses specialized water-based inks that are printed directly into the fabric, creating a soft feel that becomes part of the garment. DTF printing allows us to produce bold, long-lasting prints on a wide variety of apparel while maintaining excellent color and detail. By using both technologies, we can choose the best printing method for each design and garment, ensuring you receive a high-quality product that looks great and stands the test of time.
Small Business
Healthy Merch was born out of a season of life that challenged me to rethink everything. After becoming a single dad, I needed to find a way to support my family while still being present for my children. I knew that a traditional job with long hours away from home wasn’t the right fit, so I began looking for a business that would allow me to work from home and build something meaningful.
Years earlier, I had played in a rock band and spent time selling band merchandise at shows. I always enjoyed the creative side of designing and producing shirts, and that experience stuck with me. As I considered different business ideas, I kept coming back to the apparel industry and realized I could combine that passion with the flexibility I needed as a parent.
That’s how Healthy Merch began. What started as an idea quickly grew into a home-based print shop where I could create a wide variety of shirt designs while still being there for my kids. Today, every order is printed and inspected with care using professional equipment right here in my studio.
