Thank you for shopping with Healthy Merch! Every item is printed to order in our Idaho print studio. Please review the information below regarding production and shipping timelines.

Production Time

Most orders are printed, packaged, and shipped within 2–6 business days after the order is placed.

Because each item is made to order, production times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, and seasonal demand. During holidays and peak shopping seasons, production times may be longer than normal.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been shipped, standard ground shipping typically takes 3–6 business days for delivery within the United States.

Please note that shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor your package’s progress.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has not yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to update the address, we cannot guarantee changes once production has begun or a package has been shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our direct control.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in working with the carrier.

Healthy Merch is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but subsequently lost or stolen from the delivery location.

At this time, Healthy Merch ships only within the United States.
